Having fun and staying healthy can be done when visiting Taro Village. Explore the natural beauty, local culture and cultural heritage of Taro Village by cycling. We will take you to see the life of the local people, Balinese agricultural system (subak) that is believed to have existed in Taro Village since the 7th century AD, temples, and houses of local people. This journey takes 3-4 hours. After cycling you willl lunch at Semara Ratih that surrounded by bamboo forest and then return to the camping area under the palm trees and learn how to make coconut oil. This trip will end with dinner at the FireFlies Garden.


Itinerary

  • Welcome drinks coffee/tea service served with laklak (Balinese traditional snack) at Tegal Dukuh Camp
  • Cycling through rice fields, plantations, temples, and residential housing
  • Take a break and having lunch at Semara Ratih while enjoying the view of the river and bamboo forest
  • Learn to make coconut oil at Tegal Dukuh Camp
  • Dinner while watching the fireflies
  • Finish
